- Payments are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes
- You can cancel your subscription at any time

6. Intellectual Property
The FollowGate service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Lukas van Uden and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Third-Party Services
FollowGate integrates with third-party social media platforms (X/Twitter, Bluesky, LinkedIn). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FollowGate and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
