How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email us at hello@followgate.app within 14 days of your purchase with:
- Your account email address
- The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Eligibility
Refunds are available for:
- First-time purchases within 14 days of the initial payment
- Annual subscriptions within 14 days of renewal
- Technical issues that prevent you from using the service
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Requests made after 14 days from purchase/renewal
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Partial month refunds for monthly subscriptions (you can cancel anytime, but no partial refunds)
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You won't be charged again
- You'll retain access to your data and can export it before your subscription ends
